This course is targeted to individuals in a manufacturing organization tasked with generating cleanliness data validation packages for J-STD-001 or similar manufacturing specifications or controlling the residue levels of a manufacturing process.

Dr. Mike Bixenmann is one of the founders of Kyzen Corporation and serves as its Chief Technology Officer. He is known as the world's leading expert in cleaning electronic circuit assemblies and advanced packages. He is also one of the industry's leading authorities on electronic assembly design, cleaning materials, and process integration. Together with Mr. Mark McMeen from company STI electronics, they are co-inventors of a new concept of Surface insulation testing, which enables to monitor resistance even under the most advanced packages on the state-of-the-art PCBs.

Together, they formed a company Magnalytix, which offers testing and tools for SIR testing, dedicated to the individual needs of assemblies and cleaning projects.

Mr. Vladimír Sítko is a frequent collaborator with Magnalytix on various projects regarding reliability of complex electronic assemblies.

High Reliability Cleaning Technology Workshop

The “High Reliability Cleaning Technology Workshop” was held on November 7, 2018 in Chengdu China.

This joint seminar brought together PBT Works as a producer of cleaning systems, cleaning agent supplier ZESTRON as well as local SMT distributor Chengdu YiXing Technology. During the course of the programme the participants learnt about the basic cleaning processes, the pH neutral cleaning and low stand-off cleaning. Our company was represented by Martin Kolarik, our sales representative for Asia, who introduced PBT Works technology and products.

IMAPS flash Conference 2018
